Small Pets allowed with additional fees per month, no aggressive breeds of dogs. Additional non-refundable cleaning fee of 300 for pets. Security deposit is 1.5 months rent and non-refundable 250 cleaning fee. Each adult applicant shall pay background fee. Two months of paystubs, two months of bank statements, completed lease application with up to two years of employment and rental history.
